Welcome to Peter and Eva's restaurant, where authentic Italian cuisine is served with passion and tradition. This dynamic husband and wife duo share a deep love for Italian cuisine. Peter was born in Australia and raised in Italy, where he discovered his passion for cooking, pizza and gelato during his 30 years there. Eva, on the other hand, was born and raised in Italy, learning the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine from her nonna. She went on to study to become a chef, pastry chef and gelato maker and worked alongside Peter in his family's pizzeria and restaurant for many years before opening their own bakery and pizzeria shop in Tuscany.

Their love for Italian cuisine and commitment to keeping the gastronomic tradition alive is what sets their cuisine apart. They believe that pizza is a passion that should be shared and enjoyed by all, and that is reflected in every dish they prepare.

In 2020, Peter and Eva embarked on a new adventure, opening their doors to new customers and friends in Jervis Bay. Their restaurant in Raby had already become a success with glowing reviews on social media, and they were excited to bring their authentic Italian culinary expertise to the beautiful surroundings of Huskisson. From dine-in and takeaway through to event catering and wholesale options, Peter Eva has something for everyone.
